Privacy Policy

• Account details. You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We never see your Google password.
• Portfolio content. Everything you add to your portfolio: your profile and about text, skills, experience, education, projects, achievements, services, testimonials, social links, contact details, and any images or résumé you upload. If you add GitHub or LeetCode usernames, we look up the public activity for those usernames to display it.
• Purchase records. When you buy a premium template, payment is handled by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. We keep the order and payment IDs, the template purchased, the amount, currency and time.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. If analytics is enabled on our site, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
• Cookies and local storage. Used to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences.

• to create your account and run your portfolio, including hosting it at your public address;
• to process purchases, unlock templates and provide receipts and support;
• to keep the service secure and prevent fraud or abuse;
• to understand usage and improve CodoLaunch.

We do not sell your personal information.

A portfolio is a public website. What you publish there — including anything you add to your profile, projects, contact section or testimonials — can be seen by anyone with the link. Only add information you're comfortable sharing publicly, and make sure you have permission from anyone you quote or name.

We use trusted service providers to run CodoLaunch. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Google (Firebase Authentication and Firestore) — sign-in and storing your account and portfolio data;
• Cloudinary — storing and delivering images and résumés you upload;
• Razorpay — processing payments (under its own privacy policy);
• Our hosting providers — running the website and its servers;
• Google Analytics — site usage statistics, where enabled.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

We keep your account and portfolio data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your portfolio and personal data, except records we must keep to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations (such as payment records).

You can edit or remove your portfolio content at any time from your dashboard. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw your consent to how we use it, by contacting us below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong Google account password and keep it private.

CodoLaunch isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use CodoLaunch after a change means you accept the updated policy.
